Try the modelling method.
Go to the bookstore and get an audiobook of an Englishman (or woman, if you're female). Speak along with the speaker, sentence by sentence, as many times as it's necessary to speak exactly like the speaker. 10 or 15 times per sentence isn't too much. You must speak along with the speaker, not after him (or her).
This process will take many hours; be patient!
The modelling method, pioneered by eminent neurolinguist Leonard Newmark, is extremely effective, and cheap. :-)
