Do you have an "r" in your language?

In all the examples you've given it's pronounced "ree"; ree-alise, ree-alisitic, ree-spect.

I hate to disagree with you, Oy.

I, and I believe most NAE speakers, have /r\IspEkt/ for 'respect' and it doesn't have the tense /i/.

Disagree all you like. :) I'm not a NAE speaker, i'm a British English speaker, and the sound i make at the beginning of all three words is identical.

I have the " r " sound in my language but it is a world different from the r sound in English.

I myself am a native NAE-speaker, and I indeed have /ri"spEkt/ for "respect". Note, however, that said /i/ tends to be realized in practice as [1] as it is normally reduced due to being in an unstressed position; however, when the word "respect" is stressed as a whole it will indeed have [i] in said posiiton.
