Those are self-declared socialist countries. Currently I can't think of a gauge or index of how "socialist" a country is (Although I recently found out there's an index for practically everything lol).

The roughest (and simplest) way to gauge how "socialist" a country is is just look at the income tax... You could say America was approximately 28% "socialist" in 2005 because that was the average personal income tax rate... Or that Germany was about 52% "socialist" in 2005 because that was about the average personal income tax rate...

"Socialist" is a word that has been misused so much since it was coined, it's purely semantics at this point.
