In this days of revival of linguistic pride of minorities (eg Welsh, Basque, Maori, Belarusian and so on), what are the sentiments of those who feel part of the group but do not speak the language well? Is there a sense of shame to not speak it? And do those who speak the language not consider those who dont "real" members of ethnic community?
