What's the standard American pronunciation for these words?

In "Fantasy", is the "fan" part pronounced with a narrow-e (as in "pen") or a wide-a (as in "cat")?

Same question for "Activity", narrow-e or wide-a?

And for "Evolution", do you pronounce "E-volution" (as in "pen") or "EEvolution" as in "see" ?

Native American-born speakers, please clarify

I use the "wide a" for both of those, and I pronounce "evolution" with the "e" as in "pen", though I definitely hear it with the "ee" as in "see" as well.
