What does "I don't guess I do" mean?

Never heard that, but yes logically I suppose it must. Where did you hear/see it? I suppose it's not much different from saying 'I don't think I do'.

This may be the same as "I don't think I do" for example:

Person A: Do you snore?
Person B: I don't think I do.

"I don't think I DO have the money" is what this means to me.
