Can "out", "up" and "down" be used without another preposition before a noun? Which sentences are correct?

"I jumped out of the car." or "I jumped out the car"
"I climbed up to the tree." or "I climbed up the tree." ( I climbed onto the tree)
"I climbed down from the tree." or "I climbed down the tree"
