Do you mean that you aren't able to see the characters? That seems strange.

It is actually very easy to tell the difference between Japanese and Chinese in modern longer texts-even people who cannot read the language will start to notice the character used to show possession. I used another source, so I hope you can see it.

You will see this frequently in Japanese. Its shape is easy to remember.

"cap a pied" and "cap a pie" are not English expressions. They are foreign phrases, like "adios amigos" or "arigato".

"adios amigos" is not a way to say goodbye (friends) in English, nor "arigato" to say thank you.

Say "cap a pied" to 99.99% of English speakers and they won't know what the hell you're talking about.
