There is "the first time", which usually refers to sex. And no, kisses aren't always part of sex, nor do they always lead to it....

It depends on what type of kiss you are talking about. Definitely some of them are very sexual.

Because "sex", in this sense, is only a verb, not a noun like "kiss" can be.
