Russian extremelly helps me in my Polish language studies :)

"Extremely" is awkward by both its use and placement in the sentence. I would say "Russian helps me a lot in my Polish language studies."

I didn't find a word for 'Polish', I used 'Poland' then.

This is Welsh. You can find it at the end of one of essays of Tolkien('English and Welsh'?), but he's speaking about Celtic. I've got only Polish translation.
