South Dublin Accent = Australian accent in the US

I like the Australian accent. It's very unique and I find it difficult to imitate well. Notice I said well....lots of people try to imitate it by doing a Crocodile Dundee voice, but end up sounding like fools.

I have always found the Australian accent to be a bit much. But after finding Keith Urban's music, I do not mind it much now.

Nah...I'm guess you'll always end up sounding foolish. It's just that many use him as the "basis" or "inspiration" for their impression.

Now it's Steve Irwin that Americans use to imitate the Aussie accent.
