In spanish we say : " hola"

Dutch:

-Hallo
-Hoi

in french = salut

Hallo, in german

In Irish we say "Dia dhuit!" literally "God be with you!"
The reply is "Dia is Muire dhuit!" literally "God and Mary be with you!"

Dhuit is pronounced "gwit"

We say "zdravo" or (very common) "cao", from Italian "ciao".

in finnish (not my native tongue) suomeksi

-terve (formal hello, also means health)
-moi
-hei
-mitäs kuuluu- whats up

hyvää huomenta- good morning

In Brazil we say OI (but some regions, like Espírito Santo use EI instead)...OLÁ is pretty formal, not normally used.

We say Morn, Hallo , Hei.

Zdravei or Zdrasti

Hallo

Haai (more informal, similar to American Hi)
