Zee can be heard in Canada, especially among youngsters ;)
But older people use only zed ;)

I don't think I've ever heard a Canadian use 'zee' (except when consciously imitating American usage). It does work better for the song though. On the other hand it avoids confusion with 'c'...So I'll sit on the fence in traditional Canadian style. (I think 'zed' has survived here basically because it's not American.)

Nope.,the logic isn't working. We should accept that language is organic, and it evolves differently in different places.

The etymology of "zed" is the Greek name "zeta", is it not?

We should change the name of "w" to "wee". That would make "www" less cumbersome to pronounce.

Not to be pernickety, but "organise" and "organize" sound exactly the same. They just look different.
