Which words could you make out?

Also, is it easier or harder to understand than trying to understand Portuguese or Italian?

I'm familiar with Portuguese and a little Italian. Your recording was harder to understand than these 2 languages.

Controlad can be right too as long as he meant plural imperative of the verb controlar.

How about the vowels? Are the vowels good or bad?
