Is Albania Europe's very own third world country?
Is Albania a third world country? When you visit does it feel more like developed Europe or African shanty town?
Is it safe to visit, or will I be set upon by the native savages? Most Albanians I've spoken to have been of questionable intelligence, and mostly believed they were black - but maybe they are closer to blacks than whites?
Well they are very dark skinned... what do you expect?
