In English, we sometimes hear "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." This is actually pretty good advice...
What kinds of sayings related to health do you know in other languages?

We have the exact same saying in Greek (ένα μήλο την ημέρα, το γιατρό τον κάνει πέρα). It even rhymes. :-)
A diario una manzana es cosa sana.
La salud es la mayor riqueza.
La comida, reposar; y la cena a pasear.
Comer hasta enfermar y ayunar hasta sanar.
La risa es el mejor remedio.
In Italian is

I am Italian but I kwen the proverb as:

It is amazing to see how similar are proverbs in different languages...
In Italy we say:
Tutte le strade portano a Roma (literally: all the roads lead to Rome)
A German friend of mine told me that in Germany they have exactly the same proverb. Unfortunatley I don't remember the translation.
"All roads lead to Rome" is an English proverb too.
What's good for a rave party is good also for breakfast.
