Present Perfect or Past Indefinite?

I am not sure that I understand the correct usage of the Tenses in some cases.

Let's assume I was born in Wonderland and spent 6 years there, then moved to another country where spent another 10 years and where I am at the moment.

Which is correct?

'I have lived in Wonderland for 5 years.'
OR
'I lived in Wonderland for 5 years.'

The second.

The second one is correct as you lived there some time AGO for X years. Thus, you use Past Simple here.
The first sentence ( in Present Perfect ) would be correct if you still lived in Wonderland so you could say "I have lived in Wonderland for 5 years and I still live here/there."
