Do you ever pronounce this word as ''bless-id'' or [blesid]?

Yes.

past tense/participle [blesd]
adjective [ble's..d] (others say [ble'sid] or [bles'ed])

It's like "learned". I remember once when Homer Simpson mispronounced the adjective as the past tense/participle should be pronounced.

past tense/participle [le:(r)nd]
adjective [le:(r)'n..d]/[le:(r)'ned]

Though for me the verb is "learnt" so there is no chance of confusion.

"The learned man spoke to the Blessed Virgin."

- Uncle Homer, you're so learned!
- LEARND, son, LEARND...

So it is "He was [blesd]" and "He is a [blesid] man?"
