Yes.
past tense/participle [blesd] adjective [ble's..d] (others say [ble'sid] or [bles'ed]) It's like "learned". I remember once when Homer Simpson mispronounced the adjective as the past tense/participle should be pronounced. past tense/participle [le:(r)nd] adjective [le:(r)'n..d]/[le:(r)'ned] Though for me the verb is "learnt" so there is no chance of confusion. "The learned man spoke to the Blessed Virgin."
