How do you pronounce this word? Like ''air'' or ''ur''? [er] or [e:r]?

If you mean 'err' as in 'to err on the side of caution' then I would pronounce it /e:r/ (but then I'm Northern British and we do things funny up here).

If you mean it as a sound of 'oh dear, I'm not quite sure, let me think for a moment' then it's really up to you.

I'd pronounce it with the [er]...same as "error" minus the "or."
