"I called you on your cell" is okay.
"I called you cell" makes absolutely no sense. "I called your cell" would probably be the most common one used.

I basically agree with mjd, but "I called you cell" is not all that far- fetched if you consder that in West Indian Creole English the possessive forms of personal pronouns have disappeared and they say "He hair look good" for "His hair looks nice".

Well in creoles, many things are possible. I'm assuming that Hahoo is asking about standard English.
