>>Linguist fails to point out that few words has a separate Partitive or Locative<<
so what? this fact doesnt prove that this is not a case, all nouns have both partitive and locative, during the language developing, endings of most of them bacame the same as ones of genitive and prepositional.

we have the word NOCH (night),

Nom - noch
Gen - nochi
Dat. - nochi
Acc. - noch
Inst. - noch'yu
Prep. - nochi

it doesn mean that NOCH has only 3 cases, the same thing with malako, Moskva and all the rest nouns

Linguist, this debate is meaningless. Do you not realise that trying to debate whether there are 6 cases with alternative forms in a small number of cases or whether there are 9 cases with exactly the same forms in some of them for nearly all nouns is stupidity on stilts?

it seems to me that you are not acquainted with deep, linguistical reserch, so just forget what i said. Russian grammar is very logic, more practice and you ll succeed, good luck:)
