Can we use "ignore my mistake" instead of "sorry or excuse me" ?

No, you cannot.

"Sorry" and "excuse me" will cover just about any situation, no need to make things difficult with stuff English speakers never use.

Sounds pretty 1337 though.

"sorry" and "excuse me" are apologies.

"ignore my mistake" is an order or instruction.

so no.

If someone told me to ignore their mistake, I would say "Fuck no." and punch them out.
