NYC metro area mostly ... North Jersey, Staten Island, parts of Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Long Island, etc.
Ray Liotta in Goodfellas has a typical North Jersey accent I guess ... not too strong like someone from Staten Island, but not exactly GA, either.
Not so much Ray Liotta, but rather those Italian dudes who talk real fast and strange, their accent is much stronger.
