What does "Mr and Mrs Random" mean?!

Don't Bring Mr. or Ms. Random If you're single, choose your date carefully. If it's someone you've only been out with once, it may not be the best idea (could be awkward for you, your date, and the newlyweds).

You can't tell from the context? The very next sentence tells you to "choose your date carefully". "Mr. or Ms. Random" means a date that you picked at random, as apposed to someone you carefully considered before dating.

During WW2 there were no weather forecasts issued by the British authorities as it was thought that it would aid the Nazis in their onslaught on Britain. Neither were locations ever mentioned in BBC news reports on air raids and aerial attacks on British targets, for the same reason. So a heavy air raid on, say, Liverpool, was referred to in subsequent news bulletins as a North West port having been heavily bombed the previous night.

On one occasion a BBC bulletin reported the fact that "bombs were dropped at random last evening". The next day the German newspapers (tuning into the BBC wavelengths) gleefully reported the fact that the town of Random had been bombed the previous night.
