What is the language of Prime Time TV (say, the 2 most watched channels) in countries where there are more than one language spoken? For example, as much as the Welsh are into their language, Prime Time TV is generally all in English. Welsh is non existent except for special Welsh channels. Special channels don't count in this survey unless they glean the majority of the viewers.
