"title" means to give something a name or title. "entitle" can mean that also, but it can also mean to give someone a right or a claim to something.

Ex:
The book was titled "Moby Dick". = The book's title was "Moby Dick".

He thought was entitled to the inheritance money. = He thought he had the right to receive the inheritance money.

Right. But in the context of books for example, there's no difference. Correct?

Correct. There is no difference in the case of naming a book.
