What language do Al Qaeda members speak amongst themselves? Is there an international language of terrorisim or are they hindered by language barriers like all other people? Would they use English?

Probably Arabic, since they're Muslims although not all of them are Arab...

Does Al Qaeda exist?
I mean, other than in some government endorsed conspiracy theory?

What is Mrs. Qaeda called? We never hear about her. I imagine she is the bright one of the pair, studying algebra, algorithms, etc.

Actually, I hear she has an alcohol problem...

Where does she hide her spirits? In an alcove?

Al-Qaeda is an Arabic term (literally "the base") and has members worldwide (including the US, London, Istanbul, and, yes, Iraq) but I imagine the common language would probably be Arabic. I imagine a radical Islamist would be devout enough to have a basic understanding of Arabic in order to read the Quran, and thus would be a could medium of communication.

However, with their base most likely being somewhere in Pakistan or Afghanistan, it is possible that the leaders also use Dari, Pashto, or Urdu.
