1 I am Prasant -- works, is grammatical and commonplace, but might confuse people slightly if they aren't familiar with that name or don't recognize it as a name

2 myself is Prasant -- not grammatical; never use this

3 this is Prasant -- only use this form on the phone

4 my name is Prasant -- you can't go wrong with this one!
