Is there any online Polish dictionary with a lot of sample sentences to put into my SRS?

I don't know of many good slowniki online, and don't really speak Polish well, but this link has several options on one page including a multiword translator.

http://www.angielski-online.pl/static/slownik.htm

other than that the most used online slownik is

www.dict.pl

which sometimes offers some little sentences to accompany word translations for idiomatic purposes.

hope this helps

AFAIK, there isn't even a book dictionary with lots of example sentences. Few people learn Polish as a foreign language, so the market for such a product would be very limited. Finding dictionaries with a lot of good example sentences is hard even for much more popular languages like German or Spanish.

I think Wiktionary (Wikisłownik) is the best, though it may not be extremely reliable.

Extremely? They're related, but no close than French and Spanish, right?

slovnjik (Polish) sounds identically with slovnjik (Russian)!! They are much more closer like spanish and french. I studied extensivelly Russian and actually because of that, i understand Polish quite well ;)

Isn't "slovar" the Russian word for "dictionary"?
