How to pronounce "er" and end with "m" &

I find it difficult for me to to pronounce with full "er" (drop the "r" sound) when it end it with "m" or "n", such as "turn" "internal", I usually pronounce like "t3n" and "int3nl".

Are you okay with "er" when it doesn't end with n or m? You could try splitting "turn" into "tur" and "na", then try to get rid of the "a".

I can pronounce with "r", but I have to do carefully. I think maybe I just need to get used to it, that will be better.

Or instead of "na", use a long syllabic "n" like in "button" [bV?n=]
