I posted this in the Languages section too as I'm not sure where it fits. I'm looking for a very good bilingual course for a professional from a South American country. He does not have access to native speakers of English at the university in his area, but will be coming to the US to visit family (not an immigrant). He speaks Spanish and Portuguese only.
