Latin is easy?

amerò = amare + ho = amerò = l'amerò = I shall love him
amaré = amar + he = amaré = lo/le amaré
amarei = amar+ hei = amarei = ama-lo-ei

the example in portuguese with the pronoun (lo) can easily demostrate the origin of the future tense in romance languages

<<Spanish future tense derives from Latin future perfect. >>

um, no.

In addition to linguist's more then adequate examples above, the sense development isn't there: I shall be loved --> I shall love??? This is equivalent to a present indicative deriving from a present perfect (i.e. I have done = I do)

no no no, honey
doen't make sense

Latin is not easy, but if you speak a romance language, it's a bonus.

Just compare the verb to love, present tense, in Latin and Spanish

Spanish: amo amas ama amamos amàis aman
Latin: amo, amas, amat, amamus, amatis, amant

Is Latin more similar to German........

Ich liebe, du liebst, er/sie/es liebt, wir lieben, ihr liebt, sie lieben

I love you love, he,she, it loves, we love, you love, they love

false friends might be a problems for Romance speakers....Latin is NOT an easy language for Italians! To an average Italian it takes years of strong efforts in learning Latin language to just understand any Latin texts. Writing and above all speaking Latin is even more difficult. More Germans can speak fluently Latin than Italians, thats a fact.
