In reference to the soft-sounding speech and graceful script.

Well, the characters of Thai language obviously is not the most attractive one for sure.

In terms of sound, it sounds better than Tagalog or Vietnamese but I prefer Northeast Asian languages such as Japanese, Korean and Mongolian.

Mongolian.

Thai is among the ugliest Asian languages. It mixes the annoying sound of Southeast Asian languages (high pitches) with an Indian sound (mainly from hard aspirated consonants - another ugly trait).

I don't really like the sound of Thai. I think this Asian language sounds much better:

The Asian languages are so ugly.

I hate them, they all sound the same. I wonder if European languages sound the same to them as well?

sorry, but that's my oppinion.

the nations are very cool :)
Super Korean   Tue Mar 17, 2009 4:23 pm GMT

Most European languages are at least related(except Hungarian, Finnish and Basque) but Most Asian languages are not related each other.

That's why I wrote SOUND (because I don't speak them).

You forgot Greek and Albanian.

the thing is that i cannot find the roots in Asian languages, and in European I can (except of those, already mentioned)

You forgot Greek and Albanian

Not at all. Greek and Albanian belong to the Indo-European group of languages
Basque, Maltese, Hungarian, Finnish and Estonian are not Indo-European

i know that, but can you really relate albanian/greek to some other european language? and i mean european only (not indo-)
