<<but past tense of find is found na??>>

I have seen "na" used that way several times lately, and I was wondering what that was. What dialect is that? Is it a foreign word used by some non-native speakers? Is it Singlish (Singapore English)?

You understand my question na?

Thank you.

Maybe it's a variation of no, as in "But past tense of find is found, no?"

There is a spoken version of no that is pronounced and spelled "nah".
