spanish: "sembro" /...having problems

In my Spanish class we are sifting through children's books to find new vocabulary that aren't cognates.

I came across the word "sembro" which I was not familiar with. From the context it appears to mean something along the lines of "planted" but when I searched the word through some spanish-english dictionaries, in the classroom and online, the word did not appear at all.

I would like to clarify the English definition I infered. Thanks much.

It's easy.

Verb "sembrar" to plant.

Yo siembro. I plant

Past: Yo sembré, tu sembraste, el sembró (I planted, you planted, he planted...)

((the only thing i had found yesterday was "sembrado"//"sown field"))

They now have the power and monopoly of the said website just like what happened in this forum that previous moderators were fired but replaced by hispanic moderators.
