I was wondering: what is the meaning of "I don't put on eyes" in the following sentence:
"When I come to work I wear base and lipstick and that's it. I don't put on eyes unless I have a hot date."
Thanks in advance

It means that she wears lipstick and something to smooth out the look of her skin, but is too lazy to put on eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara, or false eyelashes except for important events. It's similar to the phrase "putting on a new face" to refer to putting on makeup: e.g.

From "I Love Lucy":
ETHEL: I'll just go and put on a new face.
FRED: You mean to tell me that you had a new face all this time, and yet you've used your old one?

Doesn't it mean, I don't wear lens and use glasses unless I have a hot date?

Eyes: refers to make up, (it is a funny expression).

That is why there is a joke about putting on a 'new face'.
