Do you think everyone's accent is slightly unique?

I was thinking today how everyone's accent is actually probably totally unique...I mean you might have a mate you grew you in the same area as you, went to the same school, was the same socio-economic/ethnic group yet said certain words slightly differently due to a number of influences. Your accents might be 99.9% the same, but you might say a word like 'plant' differently.

I guess I'm interested in the micro-variability within what seems like a phonetically homogenous subject group.

I think the answer is yes, and the phenomenon is known as an idiolect.
