Nat King Cole in Spanish

What i would like to know is how he sounds for english-speaking people and for non-english speaking people except Spanish because I know that already. 3 samples:

I would say that he has a typical "gringo" accent.

These are lovely songs and NKC has a beautiful, mellifluous voice, but his Spanish makes me cringe. He made no attempt to sound like an authentic hispanohablante.
