Stephen Krashen says that we do not acquire language by consciously learning about language or by memorizing vocabulary. He also says that we should focus on the meaning of the message and not on the form of the message.
The Antimoon method tell us exactly the opposite: we should analize grammar in sentences (focus on form) and memorize vocabulary (with supermemo).
Krashen also says that learned language does not become acquired language.
Krashen supports language acquisition. Antimoon supports language learning (but also supports some language acquisition because of the advice about input).

I am not familiar with language learning strategies but I do try to help my Polish partner. I have found this about Stephen Krashen.

That seems to make a lot of sense to me.
