I know that 手入れ means repair or maintain in Japanese. Does 手入 have a similar meaning in Chinese?

Nope. It doesn't make sense in Chinese.

入手 in Korean means to "obtain."

入手 only appears as a Japanese loanword and nobody except Japanophiles will use it. We normally just say to buy something.

In Chinese 修理 (xiūlǐ) means to repair and the Japanese 修理する (しゅうりする shuuri suru) has the same meaning. I've never heard of 手入 but according to my dictionary 入手 means to "start" or "begin".
