Is this girl's spoken English ok or not?

I would like to know your opinion of this girl's spoken English. The pronunciation, intonation, etc?

It's excellent.

If you look at the British Council's web site on learning English, they are extremely critical about even small mistakes in English. This woman's English although very good and generally understandable does contain small mistakes.

Problem areas are:

and the way she pronounces Mariah Carey.
