French summer courses at public universities in Africa?

Hi,

I am looking for French language summer courses at public universities in francophone African countries.

I have studied French for two semesters. My country offers scholarships for summer courses but not at private institutions. Furthermore, French must be among the official languages of the country in which the course takes place.

I could go for one of the well-established courses in France or other developed countries but would much prefer studying French in an African country. However, it seems hard to find suitable programs.

If anyone can recommend such a program or supply clues as to where I could find more information, I would be extremely grateful.
