How about:

1) "Build [up] your vocabulary."

-or-

2) "Build [up] your xxxxxx Vocabulary" where xxxxxxx = Swedish, Latvian, etc.

Just "Build your vocabulary."
It's obvious you're talking about a language, so there's no need to write "in the language."

It would be better to say "Build your English vocabulary," so people know WHICH vocabuary you're talking about.

No need for "English". You will never say "build your vocabulary" in a context in which no one knows which language you're talking about.
