Got a Book on English Phonology to suggest?

I'd like to get a good book on English phonology.
I'm especially interested in the characteristics of speech. I'd like something pretty comprehensive and accurate, where I can find all the nuances that are left out in accent reduction books. By accurate I mean that, for example, if it uses its own transcriptions and doesn't use narrow IPA transcriptions, it's definitely not going to be any good.
Among the things that should be included is, for example, L-vocalization, partial or complete mergers, ALL the weak forms (only some are mentioned in dictionaries or accent reduction books), all kinds of assimilation, what consonants are left out or changed in smooth fast speech, etc.

I know a book can't be perfect, but I hope you get the idea of what I'm interested in. Thank you.

How stupid of me. Of course I'm interested in speech, if I'm looking for a phonology book, lol. I meant to say I'm interested in the characteristics of natural or fast speech. Careful speech is not interesting.
