(a) Yes, extremely common, but for some reason I don't apply it to every case, because I wouldn't use it in "That yellow dress". I would use a glottal stop there, "Tha? yellow dress".

(b) Same here. I would never use it in "He said yes", I don't know why.

(c) There are some mistakes here. In "As you know" and "This is your seat" the sound is /z/, so these examples should go in (d).

(d) Alright here.

They are well known assimilations every phonology book talks about: palatalization as it is called.

's' sound in "as" is /z/, as Johnny pointed out.
