How to reduce accent/improve pronunciation?

English is my first language. I basically have two accents, my natural accent which is kind of working class Estuary and a more professional voice I use for interviews etc. The professional accent I use sounds fake in my opinion but it gets the job done.

I can use the professional voice for a short time but after a while it starts to grate and I lose my eloquence or I start mixing it up with my natural accent. It then just sounds weird.

I plan to move up the management chain in my career and I think my natural accent sounds a bit too "wideboy" to use in senior management (which I one day aspire to), so I think I need to improve certain characteristics of my accent/speech

- ie lessen the glottal stops without having to speak incredibly slowly etc
- When I say "well" it comes out "weww", if I try and pronounce the L it comes out in a slightly Indian way (my parents are from India) and sounds a bit odd.
- I drop h's when speaking normally

Can you recommend any exercises I can try in my spare time to iron out these and other kinks and generally make my spoken English slicker?

Cheers
