i have some thing that i don't get it right in english

in one movie: one of the characters was asked why she likes to eat alone she answered
"every one likes to be alone when it comes out. i like to be alone when it goes in" i don;t understand the meaning of "when it comes out" and "when it goes in" in this context..plz help

"when it comes out" refers to taking a shit. Thats something most people like to do alone.

"when it goes in" is eating.

Your problem seems to be figuring out what the antecedent of "it" is. Also, in this case, it's "everyone", not "every one".
