i would like to ask about the grammar rules of some sentences like:( you dont have me fooled).could you please add some examples so the point would be clearer.is this structure is used a lot daily conversations?

I think it's the structure similar to: "I have my hair cut" or " I don't have my car repaired" Unless I am right, please correct me.

Or «to have it done» — not only it's done, but also it's you who is the cause of it's having been done. You have it done.
