I’ve been rejected all the time only in the HR round I don’t know what mistakes I’m doing so can you please guide me by answering these question at least as much you know
So that I can correct myself

Did u attended any interview why you was rejected
How long you are going to stay in our company?
How do you handle criticism?
what do u expect from the company
What really motivates you?
What are your future goals?
Can you work under pressure?
What changes would you make if you came on board?
Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?

There are no right or wrong answers to these questions, Abushan. They are just an attempt to get to know you as a prospective employee. If your answers aren't the ones they want to hear, maybe the problem is that you don't have the specific qualities they are hiring for.
