"national minorites" and "minority nationalit

What's the difference between "national minorties" and "minority nationlities"?

National Minorities refers to foreign people in a country. Example: Greeks in England or British in Greece.

Minority Nationalties needs further words to complete the sentence to say the same thing. Example: "The minority nationalities in London are....."
